Does the Flow Monitor get mounted before or after the pump
On a dead end plumbing install the Flow Monitor can mount on either the cold inlet or the hot outlet of the water heater. For a return line, the Flow Monitor will be placed upstream of where the return line connects to the cold water going to the water heater. This is applicable to both Tank style and Tank-less water heaters.
How do I know your product will benefit me?
If it takes 45 seconds or more for your water to get hot, this system will save you water, time and money.
Will this take up space under any of my sinks?
No, this is very small and installed on or near the water heater and quickly brings hot water to all of your sinks and showers.
Do I need an electric outlet installed for the WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless hot water circulation pump?
No new electrical outlet is needed in a typical installation. Since WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless is installed on or near the water heater there is almost always an available outlet nearby.
How long does it take to install the WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless?
A typical installation can be completed in less than 2 hours. If access in the area where the system will be installed is limited additional time may be required.
How is the circulating pump activated?
The pump is activated by turning on any hot water faucet in the house or starting an appliance such as a dishwasher or washing machine that needs hot water.
I have a tankless water heater. Will this product work for me?
Yes, we have systems that are effective with both tankless and traditional tank-style water heaters.
Is there a warranty on this product?
Products manufactured by Faster Hot Water are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 36 months from date of purchase.
How much water will I save using your product?
For a typical family of 4 you will save more than 12,000 gallons of water. That’s enough to fill more than 42,000 one-liter bottles of water.
How much will the WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless hot water pump increase my electric bill?
Less than $4 per year depending on the cost of electricity in your area.
How long will I have to wait for hot water with the WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless?
The wait for hot water can be affected by several factors such as distance, pipe size, number of joints in the pipes, etc. Homes with WaterQuick Standard or WaterQuick Tankless typically get hot water in 30 seconds to 45 seconds.

Limited Warranty
Products manufactured by FasterHotWater.com (FHW) are warranted to the original user only to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 36 months from date of installation, but not more than 48 months from date of manufacture.
FHW’s liability under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing at FHW’s option, without charge, F.O.B. FHW’s factory or authorized service station, for any product FHW manufactures.
FHW will not be liable for any costs of removal, installation, transportation, or any other charges which may arise in connection with a warranty claim. Products which are sold, but not manufactured, by FHW are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer of said products and not by FHW’s warranty.
FHW will not be liable for damage or wear to products caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, or if the product was not installed in accordance with FHW’s printed installation and operation instructions.
To obtain service under this warranty, the defective product must be returned to the distributor or dealer of FHW products from which it was purchased together with proof of purchase and installation date, failure date, and supporting installation data.
Unless otherwise provided, the distributor or dealer will contact the FHW factory or authorized service station for instructions. Any defective product to be returned to the factory or service station must be sent freight prepaid; documentation supporting the warranty claim and/or a Return Authorization must be included if so instructed.
FHW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM INSTALLATION, USE, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE WARRANTIES DESCRIBED OR REFERRED TO ABOVE.
No refunds will be given for any product that has been installed.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages and some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long implied warranties may last. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
Note: No returns are allowed for shipments on any products shipped outside the United States. No exceptions.
