Well it seems that there was a bit of a mix up… …we ordered the wrong pumps! Now we have nearly 100 composite pumps from Grundfos that aren’t a part of our normal catalogue. For a limited run we are selling these Composite volute pumps for a discounted rate so I can get them out of the warehouse!
This pump is nearly as powerful as our Premiere Line. It’s powerful enough to accommodate any size home and will support multiple bridge valves in many different configurations.
The Composite pump is just as easy to install as the premiere while using less energy and delivers a similar performance. The Composite Pump system is no different in activation from all the other systems. Crack open any hot water faucet in the house to start the system and the bridge valve will close at 95 degrees. After the valve closes, the flow monitor will sense that water is no longer flowing and will turn off the pump. It’s that simple. With the pump and flow monitor mounted near the water heater, you won’t have to worry about having to install an outlet under the sink, installing a button in a countertop, or having a remote. The system does have an optional module that will allow a schedule to be set or be activated using a Smart Phone or Smart Home device! The Constant Hot Water Module can be found here.
